Right of return
A right of return applies to products purchased from the EuroDieet.eu e-shop and ordinary shop during 14 days pursuant to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.
In order to return goods, the invoice accompanying the product or received on e-mail when purchased is required. In order to do so, the purchaser is required to prepare a respective written application to the name of GlycoStar OÜ and then return the goods ordered to the vendor. We will transfer money for the product back to your account as soon as possible, yet no later than within 30 days after the return of the goods to the vendor. When returning the goods, the forwarding costs of the product will not be compensated for.
The product to be returned must be absolutely intact and in its original packaging when returning. In case it becomes evident after the product is returned that the product was used or the original packaging is missing or the product is unfit for sale by the fault of the purchaser, GlycoStar OÜ is under no obligation to refund the product.

Local dispatching orders
Orders received before 12 PM are dispatched on the same day, orders received later are dispatched on the following day. Orders placed in the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
The goods will be delivered by an ELS courier within 2-3 working days after the payment has been made for the order. SmartPost or Post24 takes 3-4 days from placing the order. In the case of exceptional circumstances you will be informed about the possible changes/delays.
